The Role
Symal is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Technology team, supporting departments like Finance, HR, and Marketing by coordinating business initiatives from ideation to delivery. This full-time role, based in Spotswood, focuses on delivering impactful solutions for our Support Services, ensuring successful implementation across our operations.
Your Impact
As a Business Systems Analyst – Support Services, your impact will be pivotal in driving business improvements, ensuring effective and efficient processes, and supporting key stakeholders across various departments.
Your Every Day
- Coordinate the Business Initiatives process from ideation to delivery.
- Support business SMEs in defining problems, building requirements, and presenting initiatives.
- Deliver business cases for approval, ensuring meaningful requirements, options, solutions, and POCs.
- Work closely with Support Services departments to support and enhance corporate operations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, business communications, and change management materials.
- Facilitate planning and design workshops to gather business requirements.
- Analyse data trends and provide insights to enhance business performance.
Who Are You?
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within Corporate Services functions such as Finance, Marketing, HR, IT and Reporting.
- Experience in the construction industry is highly regarded but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including SharePoint, Dynamics, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Understanding of data security principles and their application in business initiatives.
- Familiarity with platform compatibility and integration considerations.
- Ability to identify and address potential risks associated with business initiatives.
