Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of IT, the Business Analyst will be part of a new Service Design team within the Rehab Group. The Business Analyst will be a vital link between our IT department and the organisations business objectives by supporting the delivery of new solutions within the group through a process of requirements elicitation, validation and testing. This is critical to ensure we meet the needs of the organisation by understanding current business processes and bring efficiencies through the delivery of new processes and solutions to business problems.
What we’re looking for:
- An NFQ8 or equivalent qualification in IT/Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification is desired
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience working in a technology or business environment.
- Certification to Microsoft Standards (MCP, MCSE, MCTS) or working familiarity in Microsoft toolset essential
- Formal qualification in Business Analysis or Project Management or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of UML an advantage
- Previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
Your Responsibilities
- Define the Business Analysis function for Rehab Group and define process to record requirements and manage delivery, reporting to management and identify areas of improvement in the IT delivery process.
- Gather detailed requirements from the business and IT units and write appropriate use cases, test cases, process flows to allow the accurate delivery of appropriate solutions to the organisation.
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the full organisation.
- Identify business processes which need improvement and out of date technology solutions to help drive change in the organisation.

Salary starts from € 47,750 and is subject to negotiation depending on experience and qualification.
