JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for someone to fill a cross functional role on our Performance Management team. The team handles a wide range of topics ranging from managing our CRM tool Salesforce, as well as reporting and project topics.
The Reporting Specialist / Business Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of reporting systems, providing analytical insights through data analysis to support decision-making across the company and create powerful presentations in PowerPoint for senior Sales Leadership team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Data Extraction and Analysis:
- Extract and compile data from various sources.
- Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
2. Data Visualization:
- Convert complex data sets into clear, concise, and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
- Utilize charts, graphs, and other visual tools to effectively communicate findings.
- Tailor presentations to meet the needs and preferences of senior sales management.
3. Reporting and Insights:
- Develop comprehensive reports that summarize key insights and recommendations.
- Present data findings in a manner that is easy to understand and actionable.
- Collaborate with senior sales management to refine and enhance data presentations.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Provide regular updates on data analysis progress and findings.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest data analysis and visualization tools and techniques.
- Continuously seek ways to improve data extraction, analysis, and presentation processes.
- Implement feedback from senior sales management to enhance future presentations.
6. Project Management:
- Manage multiple data analysis projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized records of data sources, analysis methods, and presentation materials.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualization software (e.g., PowerPoint, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
