Junior Business Analyst
Job Overview:
Upen Group is a recruiting agency that connects clients to vendors. We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to assist in analyzing and improving business processes. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in business analysis who is ready to build on their skills and contribute to meaningful projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Gather and Document Requirements: Collaborate with clients and vendors to gather and document business needs.
- Analyze Processes: Help analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
- Support Project Management: Assist project managers to ensure projects meet their goals and timelines.
- Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Create Documentation: Maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations that guide decision-making.
What You Need:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business analysis (internships or relevant coursework count).
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Legal Eligibility: Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
