Business Analyst
Job Overview:
Upen Group is a recruiting agency that connects clients to vendors. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the improvement of business processes and the strengthening of client-vendor relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to take on the challenge of optimizing business operations and ensuring smooth project delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Gather and Document Requirements: Collaborate with clients and vendors to understand their business needs and document clear, actionable requirements for solutions.
- Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Support Projects: Work closely with project managers to ensure that business projects are achieving their goals and staying on track.
- Liaison Between Teams: Act as a key communicator between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain Documentation: Help organize and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations to support business decision-making.
What You Need:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail (internships and relevant coursework count).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose practical, effective solutions.
- Legal Eligibility: Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
Bonus Skills:
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Trello is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
