About the role The purpose of this role is to map/ newly create the People, Finance and Client management system landscape and business processes, evaluate the system migration options and implement selected solutions for the newly merged organisation. You will make recommendations to the Organisational Change Lead and People/Finance team project leads around process implementation. As well as undertake continuing professional development including participating in supervision, performance appraisals and attending training as/when required.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Process map existing business processes and work with the People and Finance teams to define future processes, linked to systems implementation.
- Elicit, challenge and refine business requirements from the People and Finance teams, using interviews, process reviews, shadowing, document analysis, and workflow analysis to support, define or create business cases.
- Support the modelling of requirements for client management models to assess suitability and scope of work to build and migrate into alternative system.
- Facilitate debate around options among the People and Finance teams to produce recommendations.
- Identify dependencies and conduct impact assessments for proposed changes.
Please note this is a 6-12 month fixed term role. Travel may be required within this role. About you To succeed as a Business Analyst you will ideally have.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships whilst working within an environment of change.
- Outstanding analytical, innovation and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
