Overview
A Fortune 500 Company is hiring in the Memphis Area. This position can also be located in the Philadelphia, PA/South Jersey Area. The position support our distribution centers.
Responsibilities
- Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives and evaluates existing processes.
- Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
- Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Collects system data and on-floor process observation and feedback to identify root cause of problems.
- Measures performance against process requirements.
- Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
- Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
- May deliver presentations and training courses including System and operations processes.
- Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
- Communicates team progress.
Requirements
Requires 4+ years of experience with a with a High School Diploma or equivalent or Advanced Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP WM, preferably in WM problem solving/troubleshooting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $86,400.00 - $129,600.00 per year
