1Link Technology has an immediate need for an SDLC Business Analyst for a (direct hire) position in Memphis, TN.
Duties:
The Business Analyst will work with internal business units to identify new system functionalities with the ultimate goal of modernizing our client’s existing system.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience with the following:
o Requirements Gathering
o Experience creating business requirement documents
o Experience designing User Acceptance Test Cases and Test Plans
· Experience with a WMS system is highly preferred but not required
· The most important qualification is that candidate is self-directed and does not need hand-holding. There is much ambiguity in this role so the ideal candidate will possess initiative to “figure things out” and make decisions without continuous direction from superiors.
· Exceptional communication skills
