Our Health Engineering Solutions (HES) team works side by side with customers to articulate a vision for success, and then make it happen. We know success doesn't happen by accident. It takes the right team of people, working together on the right solutions for the customer. We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst who will be a key driver to make this happen.
Our team will assist HHS and GSA’s Centers of Excellence (CoE) in building a modern IT enterprise architecture with effective data governance and DevSecOps. We will assess the current network, infrastructure, applications, and data, identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities, and envision an optimal future IT environment while understanding customer needs.
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
Support all aspects of the software development cycle including requirements, design, testing, and delivery of efficient tracking and reporting tools
2+ years of experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans, and other supporting system documentation
Experience in MS Office products, such as Excel, Visio, Teams, and PowerPoint
Experience with content management systems, including user roles, configuration, and content editing
Remote with possible quarterly travel to D.C.
