Overview:
You will join our high performance team of Business Analysts and take full responsibility for a certain area within Business Analysis. The primary role in Business Analysis is to act as a key interface between the technical project team and user communities. You will serve as a liaison between the technical team and subject matter experts/end users.
Responsibilities:
- Work on multiple phases of a project and/or multiple small projects of moderate scope and sometimes complex assignments
- Agree project approach with stakeholders, and prepare realistic plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) and tracking activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate
- Responsible for needs analysis, project or task planning, process/data analysis and modelling and/or logical database design
- Produce specific business cases and scenarios. Define and document system acceptance criteria
- Define routine, integrated processes and document using basic formal process charting techniques
- Work on formal requirements gathering and documentation.
- Assist in the collection of functional and technical requirements and in the development of design documents
- Work on client projects using available frameworks and tools
- Establish plans for projects with on-time and on-budget project goals
- Responsible for test coverage analysis, risk prioritising, analysis of defect trends, and identification of risks associated with issues identified a project.
Qualifications:
- Relevant third level qualification or equivalent work experience
Desirable
- Management qualification or relevant years of experience
- Additional course or certification in Business Analysis

Experience:
- Knowledge in business analysis methodologies and has awareness of new and emerging technologies and developments
- Has good applications/technology knowledge, building on specialist domain knowledge
- Proven ability in assuring project meets quality standards by providing guidance and developing procedures relating to product quality
- Experience in applying problem-solving methodologies and tools to diagnose and solve operational problems
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience of using recommended project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking
