Business Analyst 2
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Familiar with industry standard business process mapping, and reengineering. Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
Years Required/Preferred Experience
- 6 Required Documentation of business and functional requirements across multiple projects.
- 6 Required Demonstrable experience using Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.
- 4 Required Functional testing including reviewing test plans, compiling results and supporting test users.
- 4 Required Preparing project management artifacts within a defined project management framework.
- 4 Required Organizing, leading and documenting meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- 4 Required Business process definition, documentation and engineering.
- 4 Required Experience with Identity Management implementations
- 2 Preferred Experience working with SailPoint IQ and OKTA application integrations
- 2 Preferred Experience working with Texas State Agency's
