Job Summary
Computer Technology Associates (CTA), Inc (www.cta.com) is a well-established company that has been delivering emerging and transformative technology to Department of Defense customers since 1979. Our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) business segment is experiencing significant growth and we are looking for a highly-capable Business Process Analyst.
Duties
- Work directly with customers to understand existing business processes.
- Conducting client facing discovery sessions.
- Thoroughly document current user workflows.
- Documentation “if-this, then-that” process automation rules.
- Identify, clarify, and resolve errors or gaps in process documentation.
- Support user testing, defect tracking, and problem resolution.
- Contribute to project documentation, to include process design (PDD), technical design (TDD), design specification (DSD).
Requirements
- Experience supporting process automation projects.
- Ability to analyze and document business requirements effectively.
- Familiarity with robotic process automation solution design.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to pass background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
