Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience with business analysis activities
- Strong knowledge of Trackwise Digital and similar QMS or strong Service Cloud Experience
- Strong analytical ability – MS Project Online, Excel, PowerPoint required
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to translate between business-focused and technical-focused individuals
- Experience in developing, communicating, and managing simple to moderate project plans
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document their business needs and translate them into system requirements.
Cost-Benefit Analysis:
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis to determine the feasibility and financial impact of proposed system changes.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including IT delivery, Global & Regional Customer Service teams to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure that system changes comply with Abbott’s Quality requirements and assist in completing Software Lifecycle deliverables.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Coordinate with product owner(s) identification of UAT scripts that need to be drafted.
- Work with IT delivery to ensure data and processes are appropriately setup in Quality environment for UAT to be conducted.
- Document and report any issues or bugs found during testing.
Project Management:
- Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in coordinating tasks and timelines.
- Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining project documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on project status and performance metrics.
Issue Resolution:
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues that arise during the project.
- Work with the technical team to troubleshoot and fix problems.
Support:
- Collaborate with Support team and business stakeholders in troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operation.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $54.91 - $56.07 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
