Job Overview:
PENNEP is seeking a talented and dedicated Business Analyst with deep expertise in HRP (Health and Retirement Plans) and EDI 834 transactions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HRP enrollment processes and EDI 834 client implementations. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless management of enrollment data within HRP systems and executing EDI 834 transactions for smooth client integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HRP enrollment processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Lead EDI 834 client implementations, guiding the setup and execution of enrollment data exchanges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of HRP systems with client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRP and EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze and validate EDI 834 files for compliance with client specifications.
- Provide technical and functional support for HRP system configurations and EDI transactions.
- Liaise with clients to gather requirements, define implementation strategies, and ensure project success.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with HRP systems, specifically in managing enrollment data.
- Strong expertise in EDI 834 transactions, including client implementation and data management.
- Familiarity with health and retirement plan administration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
