Tilt Renewables has a unique opportunity for a Transformation Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in advancing our technology systems and shaping the successful implementation of systems integrations. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Transformation, your expertise in business and system analysis will help identify game-changing improvements across the Acceleration Hub and other key areas.
You will support critical systems integration projects, providing essential business and system analysis across multiple initiatives. You’ll gather, validate, and document requirements, helping to identify areas of improvement within the Acceleration Hub and other business interfaces. Your ability to manage complex data flows, lead stakeholder collaborations, and contribute to governance frameworks will be essential as you guide key projects to successful completion bringing together multiple disparate systems to one integrated solution.
