The successful candidate will work with both project and business stakeholders through the project delivery lifecycle, to meet defined business and technical objectives within agreed time, cost and quality standards. You will gain exposure to leading technology and best practice processes while delivering for Ireland's leading bank.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Business partners to obtain quality business and data requirements and ensure requirements are designed and built aligned to requirements
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Facilitate and attend workshops or sprint planning sessions, daily stand ups, sprint retrospectives and team-based release planning as required.
- Ensure all artefacts are crafted and maintained and meet standards as outlined.
- Own issues and remove impediments to the business analysis progress and raise issues in a timely manner for resolution.
An ideal candidate will have experience working as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst on projects, delivering outcomes within a regulated industry.
You will have the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, whilst having a willingness to learn and be a part of a developing team.
- Business Analysis accreditation or certificate.
