About the Role
The Business Analyst (International Partnerships & Operations) supports the Future Students Portfolio by coordinating performance analysis and reporting services for international partnerships, including education agents, international sponsored students, and offshore offices. Reporting to the Manager, International Partnerships & Operations, the role involves using data insights to inform decision-making, identify improvement areas, and support continuous improvement projects through analysis and process documentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with the Manager, International Partnerships & Operations, and the Associate Director, Future Students Planning and Operations to support long term planning objectives including targets settings that reflect university strategic priorities including international diversification and load targets.
- Work closely with the Manager, International Partnerships & Operations and Senior Managers, Offshore Recruitment to develop and maintain a comprehensive training program for education agents that includes current information relating to admissions, compliance, support services, marketing and recruitment, including training monitoring, certification & process documentation.
- Contribute to analysis and framework development on reporting mechanism to assess and monitor education agent performance whilst work closely with Regional Managers, Offshore Student Recruitment and Quality Assurance Coordinator.
- Contribute to analysis to support continuous improvement projects including process improvement and program review.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, excels in stakeholder management and accuracy in quality assurance, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural communication.
You will also have:
- The appointee will have: Completion of a degree and/or extensive relevant experience in business analysis and process design or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and/or process design in a complex organisation to deliver tangible improvements.
- Highly developed skills in data manipulation and be an expert user of various systems and databases (e.g. CRM, student management systems) and the Microsoft suite of programs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across work teams.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
