Job profile
For the expansion of our business in APAC, CIS and MEA, we are looking for a business support analyst, location Dubai. This new international role is responsible for collecting, interpreting and analyzing relevant data to support the strategic and operational decision-making process in the region. You will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities, and supporting initiatives to drive the company's business development efforts.
You will report to the Director Sales Development APAC, CIS, MEA, dotted line to business intelligence department.
Job details
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Provide insight to the sales development team by visualizing global expansion targets and status;
- Market and product analysis to support priority setting in opportunities in the APAC, CIS and MEA region;
- Propose projects / products outside current portfolio supporting the global expansion targets;
- Support sales development team with preparation of business cases, market- and partner evaluations;
- Build database of knowledge on the region’s market dynamics and analyze relevant market trends;
- Support business intelligence and portfolio management departments by providing regional market intelligence input;
- Coordinate company’s short- and long term sales forecast for the region.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in a related field like business administration, business development or equivalent
- At least three years experience in the pharmaceutical business
- At least five years of relevant experience in market analysis and/or business development
- Solid understanding of business software applications, especially Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, PowerBI and business intelligence tools preferred
Languages
Good command of the English, excellent verbal and written communication skills
