RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure all investigation, follow-up, contacts, and all other claim handling accountabilities required for the full resolution of overpayment potential
- Process all payment reviews in a timely and compliant manner that is consistent with our quality standards
- Drive for a fair and equitable disposition which the customer understands
- Participate in the review and discussion of large overpayment reimbursement claims with management
- Participate in the development and presentation of overpayment reimbursement training materials to the field offices
Training provided to selected candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize competing requirements successfully
- Readily able to build successful business relationships with members of the office and field organization
- Effective organizational skills
- Consistent high level of performance and achievement over career span.
- Approximate travel required for this role is <5%
Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
$60,000 - $90,680
