IT Support Apprentice - Ashton

MD Group are looking for an IT Business Analyst Apprentice to join their growing IT team. Working with this small, friendly team with years of experience, you’ll learn all about IT support, including repairs and hardware.
Responsibilities
This exciting role will teach you how to provide 1st line support to employees, as well as escalating to 2nd and 3rd line. Working in this varied role, you’ll learn a vast range of knowledge to build on your passion for IT.
You will learn:
- Setting up new users and removing old ones
- Providing assistance for the in-house app including building and support
- Hardware repairs
- Software installs and upgrades
- General tech support
Training
During your apprenticeship, you will be studying towards your L3 Information Communication Technician Award, delivered by Professional Apprenticeships, who were voted the region’s best training provider & have achieved the highest Ofsted rating.
During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills & behaviours, covering topics such as IT security, data, remote infrastructure, maintenance processes & the elements & architecture of computer systems & so much more.
