Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team preferably with Telecommunication BA experience. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide valuable insights to drive business growth.
Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
- Perform data analysis using tools such as SQL, R, and Power BI to identify trends and patterns
- Design and develop databases to support data collection, storage, and reporting needs
- Utilize VBA to automate tasks and improve productivity
- Create visualizations using Tableau to present data in a clear and concise manner
- Assist in project management activities including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Provide ongoing support to end users by troubleshooting issues and answering questions
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Pega certified
- Strong knowledge of server technologies and database design principles
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R and VBA
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
