Business Analyst Position
We are seeking a Business Analyst to become an integral part of our team! You will analyze data to understand business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency. The Business Analyst will assist management & operations departments using analysis to inform data-driven decisions related to the company’s operations. The Business Analyst will also work within cross-departmental teams to accomplish goals set by Management.
Primary Objectives:
- Compile and analyze revenue to assist in forecasting analysis, product optimization, marketing strategy, financial reporting, and miscellaneous research and presentations for Operations and Management.
- Design, maintain, and support reporting systems and business intelligence dashboards, incorporating continuous improvements to enhance accuracy and usability.
- Evaluate the feasibility of business opportunities by analyzing potential revenues and costs to determine expected return on investment.
- Assist in performing monthly reviews of revenue by auditing actual invoicing against operational estimates.
- Conduct industry and market studies to be used by Executives for setting corporate growth strategy.
Skills / Requirements: * 2 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical ability, a drive to complete projects in an efficient and accurate manner, and a willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Required: Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, shortcuts) and other Microsoft Office products.
- Power-BI, Tableau, SQL, Python
- Self-sufficiency – Demonstrate a consistent ability to act independently on project work.
- High attention to detail with ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment. Critical thinking skills, problem-solving ability.
