POSITION SUMMARY
As a Business Analyst at ProCaps Labs, you will be instrumental in driving operational improvements and strategic initiatives. Your role involves analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and support the growth of the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and define business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Gather, document, and analyze requirements to develop clear and actionable specifications for projects.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement technology solutions that meet business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation.
- Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the business analysis function.
WHAT YOU BRING (MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software, with a good understanding of SQL and Excel.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations applicable to the business operations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
