We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our global client. In this role, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and reporting that help shape our field marketing strategies and drive success for our clients products and services.

Your Role
The core responsibilities of this position will be:
- Gain a deep understanding of of our clients business objectives and how Gekko's field marketing activities contribute to their success
- Become the main point of contact for all data and insight requests including weekly reports, mystery shop reports, compliance audits, and ad-hoc analyses
- Produce high-quality insights based on sales data, anecdotal feedback, and field observations to accurately reflect and summarise field activity
- Work closely with the client and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of insightful and actionable reports
- Lead and maintain the development of the field teams call files and KPI tracking
- Identify and discuss potential improvements in company systems to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities
- Provide training and support to field teams on data collection and reporting processes
- Be responsible for ensuring quality compliance with existing field team

This opportunity will be full time on a 12 month contract. The role will require you to work from our Newbury Head Office 3 days per week, with remaining days spent working remotely/in the field.
