We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and a solid understanding of business processes. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify business needs, vaticinate potential solutions, and enhance operational efficiency. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that projects align with organisational goals.
Duties
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project management teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilise data analysis skills to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Engage in database design activities to support data integrity and accessibility.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure successful project implementation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to smash barriers to effective communication and project execution.
- Prepare detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system specifications.
- Assist in the development of training materials and user guides for new systems or processes.
Experience
- Proven experience in business analysis or a related field is essential.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with server management and database design principles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical capabilities.
