Job Summary

The organisation is a global market leader in payments, cards, cryptocurrency / web3, and requires support for the COO - leading the business in this area.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and a solid understanding of business processes. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify business needs, vaticinate potential solutions, and enhance operational efficiency. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that projects align with organisational goals.

Duties

Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with project management teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Utilise data analysis skills to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
Engage in database design activities to support data integrity and accessibility.
Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure successful project implementation.
Work closely with stakeholders to smash barriers to effective communication and project execution.
Prepare detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system specifications.
Assist in the development of training materials and user guides for new systems or processes.

Experience

Proven experience in business analysis or a related field is essential.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R is highly desirable.
Familiarity with server management and database design principles is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical capabilities.
