Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making through in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in monthly financial closing processes
- Ability to reconcile and verify data across different reports and supporting documents (invoices, vouchers, etc)
- Financial Consolidation
- UAE Corporate tax law knowledge
- Prior experience of handling annual audit
- Able to prepare reports (MIS, Debtors ageing etc) from raw, unorganized data
- Bank reconciliation
- Role will involve analysis (financial and non-financial), hence having an analytical and inquisitive mindset is an assest
- Proficiency in Excel and Tally or Microsoft dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Analysis:
Develop and manage financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
2. Reporting & Presentations:
Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
Present insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
3. Data Analysis:
Analyze financial data to evaluate company performance and drive strategic initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
4. Collaboration:
Partner with business units to understand operational performance and its financial impact.
Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc analysis and financial guidance.
5. Process Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Chartered Accountant, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA Finance preferred).
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in financial analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel functions.
Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA.
- Experience in Manufacturing and/or trading industry is desirable.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
