What you’ll do

You’ll provide technical assistance and data handling support to area and provide reports on the performance of telemetry to help identify key performance and risk issues.

Provide business reports to show performance against business targets which can be influenced by the team.

You will administrate scrum calls, providing support to our waste, water & Networks Teams.

Key performance Indicators – to provide monthly reports to show the team’s performance against its targets e.g. performance against milestones.

You’ll support the team in managing and updating and standard operating procedures & asset data through recommended improvements.

Coordinate & Manage documents and associated supporting information.

What you’ll bring

You’ll bring good analytical skills, problem solving, and communication skills.

Have strong information management, analysis and reporting skills.

Strong IT skills (e.g. Excel and Access, GIS, Asset Inventory).

Budget Monitoring skills

An understanding of water and/or wastewater processes, networks, and operational procedures would be beneficial.

The not-so-small print

This role will be a Grade 4. If you’re new to Scottish Water, you’ll join us on a starting salary of £27,590. Performance-driven pay progression would then allow you to move through the range to a maximum of £32,410.
