By working with us, you will learn a great deal about e-commerce sales, logistics and customer relations within a progressive, digitally-focused international company working across EMEA, Asia & America.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Market Research. Identify the main competitors of the business and monitor their pricing strategy.
Maintain communications with key stakeholders. Ensure that price updates are communicated in time to the rest of the team.
Review the company's pricing strategy for the different markets (US and EMEA region).
Support E-commerce team with customer service (Answering the phone, answering chat on the website and emails).
Help the E-commerce team prepare and ship parcels to customers.
Assist and report to our Ecommerce and SEO specialist for all topics concerning pricing strategy.
Be the main point of contact to resolve any pricing questions during price meetings.
Constantly find new ways to improve processes.
Other duties as required.

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail
Currently enrolled/recently graduated from bachelor / masters’ program in economics, business, marketing or similar
Fluent verbal and written English proficiency, effective written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Excel and other programs within the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to prioritize work and meet competing or short-notice deadlines consistently
Ability to work under direction, independently or as part of a team
Experience with CMS Shopify a plus
