Responsibilities:
- Conduct Market Research. Identify the main competitors of the business and monitor their pricing strategy.
- Maintain communications with key stakeholders. Ensure that price updates are communicated in time to the rest of the team.
- Review the company's pricing strategy for the different markets (US and EMEA region).
- Support E-commerce team with customer service (Answering the phone, answering chat on the website and emails).
- Help the E-commerce team prepare and ship parcels to customers.
- Assist and report to our Ecommerce and SEO specialist for all topics concerning pricing strategy.
- Be the main point of contact to resolve any pricing questions during price meetings.
- Constantly find new ways to improve processes.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail
- Currently enrolled/recently graduated from bachelor / masters’ program in economics, business, marketing or similar
- Fluent verbal and written English proficiency, effective written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Excel and other programs within the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prioritize work and meet competing or short-notice deadlines consistently
- Ability to work under direction, independently or as part of a team
- Experience with CMS Shopify a plus
