Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Change Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and implementing changes within our organisation, ensuring that all modifications are executed smoothly and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of change management processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. Familiarity with Salesforce software is highly desirable.

Duties

Assess and analyse the impact of proposed changes on business operations and processes.
Develop and maintain change management documentation, including change requests, impact assessments, and communication plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Facilitate change management meetings and workshops to discuss upcoming changes and gather feedback.
Monitor the progress of change initiatives and provide regular updates to management.
Identify potential risks associated with changes and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure that all changes are documented accurately in the change management system.
Provide training and support to staff on new processes or systems introduced as part of the change initiatives.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business, Innovation, or any other Business related fields
SteepleChange FRAME ICT Change management methodology certification

Experience

Proven experience in change management or a related field is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
