Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Change Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and implementing changes within our organisation, ensuring that all modifications are executed smoothly and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of change management processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. Familiarity with Salesforce software is highly desirable.
Duties
- Assess and analyse the impact of proposed changes on business operations and processes.
- Develop and maintain change management documentation, including change requests, impact assessments, and communication plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Facilitate change management meetings and workshops to discuss upcoming changes and gather feedback.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify potential risks associated with changes and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that all changes are documented accurately in the change management system.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes or systems introduced as part of the change initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Innovation, or any other Business related fields
- SteepleChange FRAME ICT Change management methodology certification
Experience
- Proven experience in change management or a related field is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
