Electricity North West has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Business Support Analyst to join our inclusive and thriving team. This full-time Business Support Analyst role is based in Preston or Manchester and offers a salary of up to £42,004.32 p/a and excellent benefits.

As a Business Support Analyst, you will be responsible for creating timely and accurate performance data and delivering robust assurance processes associated with all registration activities. You will also provide guidance and advice to a dedicated team of registration colleagues responsible for accurate mailbox categorisation and application registrations. Your attention to detail and effective communication of areas that present a risk to the business will form the basis of a continuous improvement to the services we offer and compliance with our obligations.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Produce performance data that accurately reflects the position of the registration’s achievements
Produce and distribute a mailbox categorisation and registration activities dashboard
Make recommendations on agent training needs and audit frequency based on your findings
Develop and embed assurance and quality audits across all processes to ensure the highest quality is delivered and our regulatory requirements are met

To apply for this role, you will need proven experience working in a busy frontline team and proven effective leadership skills and behaviours. You will also require the following:

Experience working within a regulated environment
Excellent data manipulation and effective presentation of findings
Demonstrate an ability to put the customer at the heart of what they do
Proficient in use of SAP, SAP Portal and office applications
