We’re on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join our vibrant team and be part of a highly successful, mature, profit-making business that retains the community driven approach of a start-up. What You’ll Be Doing

*Analysis: *

Support the product team in defining the problem, form a return on investment, and agree on success metrics. Lead requirements gathering sessions, elicit and elaborate requirements, facilitating the negotiation between stakeholders and delivery team. Break larger problems into suitably small chunks so they can be addressed through a series of development.

*Delivery: *

Collaborate and support the delivery team, contributing to the definition and delivery of the product to a high standard, within agreed timescales and within budget. About You

A hands-on Business Analyst passionate about producing high-quality, resilient solutions, striving to deliver value, and delighting over 100,000 customers.
Nimble and adaptable, with the ability to quickly adjust to new challenges.
A visionary thinker, who focuses on reducing complexity and managing risk.
A strong advocate for collaborative working, and supporting other competencies.
Proactive in seeking out and evaluating emerging techniques that can add value to your guild, and the wider business.
Demonstrable experience in delivery and Agile methodologies.
You love face-to-face collaboration and being part of a close-knit tech community.
Ambitious and passionate with a desire to develop your skills alongside your peers.
You’re comfortable explaining solutions to both technical and, non-technical stakeholders.

Essential skills:

Strong data analysis, identifying insights and making data driven recommendations.
Ability to break down complex problems and communicate them accurately and effectively to a team with different skill sets.
High attention to detail, and ability to create comprehensive documentation.
Lead efficient and valuable in person workshops, requirements gathering sessions and product demonstrations that promote open communication and collaborative working.
Highly adaptable and skilled in change management.
Able to negotiate and compromise to find the balance between best practice, expediency, and longer-term maintenance costs.
Excels in communicating complex strategies and decisions to a wide variety of stakeholders, including non-technical members in a way that can easily be understood.
Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment, facilitating/ participating in agile ceremonies.
