Job Summary
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in the success of our business by providing insights, data, and research to the key business partners that help the decision-making process. This includes: the review, analysis and evaluation of our current business systems and user needs, then recommending and creating solutions aligned with the overall business strategies.

Duties/Responsibilities

Create detailed documentation of business processes, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
Conduct analysis of pricing & buying trends
Work with department managers to document the process flow and identify improvements and help manage risks
Work with our ERP vendor to implement solutions and train users on how to effectively utilize improvements
Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Actively participate in the communication & implementation of approved changes
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
Generate informative reporting from the Power BI platform
Democratize data and insights through data integration and the use of visualization tools

Qualifications/Requirements

Strong understanding of systems and their underlying data structures and technologies to be able to provide technological solutions
Creative problem-solving skills and clear communication of results to a non-technical audience
Fast learner, comfortable using advanced functions in Microsoft Excel, SQL and working with databases
Experience working with 3rd party media tools such as Google Campaign Manager, data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau), and Google Analytics preferred
Experience supporting Salesforce, Sage X3, UKG, or Produce Pro is a plus
Meticulous attention to detail
Background in a logic-based field or experience in a logic focused role necessary
Programing experience and other technical website knowledge is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
