The Opportunity:
CR2, a leading provider of Internet, Mobile, and multichannel banking solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Product Management Team as a Product Business Analyst. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on CR2’s flagship retail banking product, BankWorld, contributing to architectural improvements, new feature creation, and product enhancements. In this position, you will articulate user requirements to deliver high-quality software across multiple products, working closely with Product Management, Development, and Testing teams in an Agile environment. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to transform the future of retail banking.

What You’ll Do:

Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in an Agile product-driven environment.
Requirements Gathering: Collect and refine requirements from multiple sources to create comprehensive User Stories and Backlog items for development teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, Development, and Testing teams to see requirements through to completion.
Process Mapping: Map business processes and user scenarios to ensure alignment with product objectives.
Feature Documentation: Document product features and ensure they are well-articulated and maintained.
Supportive Tasks: Address any other related tasks as required by the line manager.

What You’ll Bring:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in business or equivalent experience.
Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or fintech sectors.
Technical Knowledge:

Experience with API and microservices.

Familiarity with software systems in the banking sector.

Understanding of software testing and methodologies.

Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agile Software Development (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and precisely.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrable ability to analyze complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent team player with a cooperative and flexible attitude.

Strong customer orientation and proactive, can-do mindset.

Articulate communicator and attentive listener.

Self-reliant and results-focused, with the ability to work collaboratively to meet company goals.

Sector Knowledge: Understanding of digital transformation strategies in the banking industry.
