Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the real estate or financial services sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear manner.
Proficient in data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
