This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our operations by implementing accountability through the creation of a comprehensive dashboard of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Position Overview

We are looking for a Business & Systems Analyst to help us develop a detailed and effective dashboard that will track performance metrics across our business. This position will provide you with in-depth knowledge of our operations, systems, and processes, setting the foundation for continued growth and performance enhancement. As our business grows, you will collaborate closely with our Directors, contributing to and providing guidance on business development initiatives across all departments within the organization

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development: Design and implement a comprehensive dashboard of KPIs that will provide real-time insights into business performance, accountability, and achievement of strategic goals.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyse performance data, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

Collaborative Support: Work closely with various departments to gather necessary data and understand operational workflows that impact overall performance.

Performance Tracking: Establish a regular review process for the dashboard, ensuring it stays relevant and reflective of our company’s objectives.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and presentations to the managing director and other stakeholders, summarizing performance data and making actionable recommendations.

Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and suggest improvements that align with our company’s goals.

Strategic Contributions: Contribute ideas and strategies that support the achievement of our target profit margins and overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related roles, preferably within the electrical or construction industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Proficiency in data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
