Purpose / Objective: Provide business analysis support to the IT team.

Commitment Period: Minimum 3 months

Days and hours required per week: Weekdays between 10am and 5pm (flexible, minimum 4 hours)

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, recording and organising information gathered
Process analysis, looking at existing workflows and identifying issues
Solution design, formulating new processes that solve the issues and meet business requirements
Stakeholder liaison, communication, negotiation
Data analysis (trends)
Change management support
Testing and validation

Selection Criteria

Demonstrated skills in Business Analysis
Proficiency in IT systems, including hardware setup, software installation, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in diverse, multicultural environments.
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing work demands.
Commitment to ethical practices, including adherence to confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail in solving technical challenges
