As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Business Partners, providing financial analysis to enhance decision-making and performance. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the annual planning, budget, and forecast cycles

Leading monthly reporting requirements

Providing high-quality financial, commercial, and statistical information to stakeholders

Assisting with the reconciliation and maintenance of client management and finance systems

Identifying opportunities and risks to improve business performance

About You!

Essential Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline (or working towards)

An understanding of business drivers, risks, and their financial impacts

Experience creating reports within financial systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work both autonomously and within a team

NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain

NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to complete

Desirable:

Experience with SAP/SAC or similar financial systems

Experience in a business performance or finance team

Familiarity with Carelink or similar client management systems
