We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented BusinessAnalyst who excels in multitasking. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background with Microsoft Excel, is attentive to detail with strong analytical skills, and demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. This pivotal role will involve data entry, forecasting, and analysis functions to support the organization’s growth and operational efficiency.

Duties
- Daily manufacturing data entry and processing

- Conduct financial, manufacturing, and human resource analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Provide strategic insight and recommendations relating to current and future business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, create and update metrics, and provide analysis for informed decision-making.

- Support for Senior Financial Analyst, and Human Resources Manager, as needed

Experience
- Expert Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and statistical methods.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting thorough financial analysis.
- Proficiency in using advanced tools for reporting and data management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences at all levels of the company.
