Position: Business Analyst
Location: Bugis
Time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary: Up to $3500 (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Generate and collate monthly sales performance KPIs to support and monitor business growth.
Track sales standards and translate data into key trend observations to assist in developing marketing and sales programs.
Provide accurate and timely reports with analysis, working closely with the Account Management team to understand customer behaviors.
Assist in the administration and investigation of compliance cases.
Support the planning and execution of company events.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, or Mathematics.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Analytics and Statistics.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, judgment, and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical skills for developing and interpreting statistical reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Good command of English
Having experience with MicroStrategy Analytics platform is an advantage.
