The role of Business Analyst - Credit/Consumer Lending Operations involves working closely with stakeholders in the credit and lending sectors to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and devise solutions that enhance operations. You will play a critical role in analyzing operational data and supporting the implementation of initiatives that drive operational excellence within the consumer lending domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and define requirements for credit and consumer lending operations.
Conduct detailed analysis of operational processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and documentation, ensuring alignment with technical teams.
Develop reporting metrics and dashboards to track operational performance.
Support project management activities to ensure successful implementations of initiatives.
Engage in user acceptance testing and facilitate training sessions for end-users.

4-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the credit or consumer lending operations space.
Strong understanding of consumer lending products and processes.
Proficient in data analysis, reporting tools, and SQL.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders across various levels.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
