Vhi Group Services DAC have a full time temporary vacancy for a Business Analyst within the People and Sustainability Rewards team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Career & Reward Framework Review Project. The project aims to review, design, and implement a new career and reward framework impacting over 1500 colleagues across the organisation. This role involves gathering and analysing data, engaging with stakeholders, and providing insights to support the development of a fair, competitive, and sustainable framework.
Role purpose:
- Collaborate with HR leadership, department heads, and employees to gather feedback and understand current challenges.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and interviews to capture diverse perspectives and ensure transparency.
- Elicit, document and prioritise business and functional requirements related to career progression, reward structures, and organisational objectives.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of data.
- Identify gaps, opportunities and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
- Map existing processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Design future-state processes that align with the new framework.
- Support the development of a change management strategy to ensure smooth adoption of the new framework.
- Collaborate with the Change Manager to develop materials that inform, engage and train employees throughout the project.
- Assess the potential impact of proposed changes on employees and organisational performance.Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Criteria: Education and experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP) desirable
- HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD) are an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably some experience in a HR-related project
- Experience in organisational change projects.
Technical
- Ability to support project planning, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Proficient in data visualisation tools, Microsoft Excel and documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Visio).
- Strong ability to analyse complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with HR concepts is desirable.
