JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and document processes
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop business reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes
- Assist in evaluating and improving existing workflows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals
- Support project management efforts by tracking milestones, deliverables, and timelines
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate data integration and reporting
- Provide insights and recommendations for process optimization and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies in all analyses and reports
- Participate in training and mentorship programs to build expertise in business analytics tools and frameworks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team
