Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technology processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimize operations and reduce costs
- Liaise with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate options and implement approved changes to systems and processes
- Monitor industry best practices and regulatory changes, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies for new initiatives and enhancements to existing technology systems related to credits, bonds, financial markets operations and risk management
- Prepare reports, presentations and documentation on key initiatives, issues and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or related role in banking operations
- Domain knowledge and experience in financial markets operations, credits, bonds and risk management practices is critical for the role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate complex issues systematically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to multi-task and prioritize workload
