Responsible for analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. The role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. ERP Implementation and Support:
- Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP applications, resolving any issues that arise.
- Perform role and user management.
2. Business Process Analysis:
- Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop detailed specifications for ERP solutions.
3. Project Management:
- Manage ERP-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.
- Prioritise service request/change request and work closely with IT Project Manager to ensure the application vendor fulfil their SLA.
- Perform user acceptance testing for any release of application patches and enhancements.
4. Training and Documentation:
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of ERP systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and user guides.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilise ERP systems to generate accurate and timely reports, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial reports based on business finance requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all ERP modules.
6. Undertake any other duties and projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience with ERP system upgrades and migrations preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of business process modelling and improvement techniques preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and data management tools preferred.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
