Responsibilities:
Elicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Determine and document current business processes, to identify and understand the users’ needs.
Perform functional testing to ensure that developed features meet user requirements.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that developed applications meet user needs.
Collaborate with Quality Engineer to develop test plans and review of test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage based on the business requirements.
Work closely with developers to ensure that the implemented solutions align with the defined business requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and translation into actionable user stories.
Experience in applying Agile techniques to iteratively prioritize and define requirements.
Working experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, XRAY) will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with user story writing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Basic understanding of Out Systems or low-code development platforms.
Offered Salary:
$6500 - $8000 / month
