An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join our People Department for a 12-month maternity cover contract.

As a People Business Analyst, you will focus on our ERP upgrade programme, using our understanding of the current state of our business applications solution, mainly Dynamics AX and, working with stakeholders, to enable gathering of business needs and future requirements for a fit-for-purpose HR system, translating these to help deliver a solution that meets the needs of both the People teams and our customers. You will:
- Understand the current state of our ERP solution and supporting systems, business processes and procedures
- Capture business requirements, specifications, and capabilities for the future,
- Document future state business processes, functional and non-functional requirements, and systems goals
- Translate between technical and non-technical teams, to ensure mutual alignment and understanding
- Work with colleagues across all People teams to validate any future requirements
To be considered as the People Business Analyst you will need:
- Previous experience of the use or implementation of HCMs, HR systems and ERP systems and the end-to-end processes for Human Resources.
- Strong communication skills to build good relationships with our key stakeholders and customers.
- The ability to gather, clarify and collate complex business requirements and challenge the business on what they truly need for the future.
