Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in HR technology and processes to join their team. The role will support the Employee Success Business Analytics team, focusing on a cross-functional global project, with the potential to also support additional projects within the Employee Success (HR) space.

Location: Dublin City Centre (Global Software Company)
Duration: 12 Months
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to understand and resolve conflicts between diverse business requirements.
- Translate high-level information into detailed requirements and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Support the gathering of business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, document analysis, and other techniques.
- Work cross-functionally with project teams, mitigating risks and aligning on dependencies.
- Contribute to detailed project plans, ensuring that milestones, decisions, and deliverables are successfully completed.
- Track issues and risks, assigning ownership and driving resolution efficiently.
- Participate in status updates at various levels of the business.
- Collaborate with various COEs to determine necessary use cases and testers.
- Build out detailed test scripts for end users.
- Support the testing process, troubleshooting as needed, to ensure on-time completion.
Required Skills:
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Proven experience in interpreting business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and facilitating UAT and end-to-end testing.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and work between technology partners and business teams.
- Ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity, change, and shifting priorities.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Workday (especially Core HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation).
- Project management or business analyst certification.
- Experience with large enterprise systems and complex IT environments is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- A self-starter, comfortable with tackling complex challenges and asking the right questions.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn on the go, with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
